Qualifications & Requirements
Licensing: Valid Massachusetts Cosmetology License required.
Experience: 2+ years of experience behind the chair in a professional salon environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern color techniques (balayage, foil work), precision cutting, and high-end finishing/styling.
Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate our guests' needs.
Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements inherent to hairstyling.
