Booking:
To reserve your appointment, we kindly require a valid credit card to be kept securely on file. Your information is encrypted and protected
Cancellation:
We understand that plans can change. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time with no fee.
Because our stylists reserve this time especially for you, last minute cancellations can be difficult to fill. To honor the time of our team and other guests, appointments cancelled within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Late arrivals:
We will always do our best to accommodate you. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or, in some cases, forfeited. Forfeited appointments will be charged 100% of the booked service.
Please note:
Additional charges may apply for extra-long or thick hair to account for the additional time and product needed to complete your service
Gratuities:
Gratuities are not included in service prices and are always appreciated.
At this time, we are unable to accept gratuities by credit card. Our stylists and esthetician gratefully accept gratuities by cash or Venmo. Some providers may also accept other gratuity methods.
