CREDIT CARDS
A credit card is required to book any appointment. Your credit card is used to reserve your appointment time and will be stored on file for our cancellation policy purposes.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We require 24-hour notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service price. No shows / no calls will be charged 100% of the service price. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours to cancel or reschedule online. As a reminder, we book our time months in advance and need ample time to fill your spot. We appreciate your understanding.

PLEASE NOTE
If your credit card on file doesn’t work once charged or is expired and cannot be charged, you will be notified and will need to pay for the missed appointment before returning to the salon.

RUNNING LATE
Timing is everything in a busy salon! Even 5 minutes can throw off a carefully planned day. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment.

GRATUITY
We apologize, but gratuities cannot be included on credit cards; cash or separate checks are appreciated.

CHILDREN
Although we love children, to maintain a relaxing atmosphere for all our guests we ask that you please refrain from bringing small children with you.
