A credit card is required to book any appointment. Your credit card is used to reserve your appointment time and will be stored on file for our cancellation policy purposes.
Please understand that when you cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time resulting in loss of income for our stylists, as well as a missed opportunity for clients on our waiting list to receive services. We therefore request 48 hours notice, but REQUIRE 24-hour notice for all cancellations or rescheduling, and strictly enforce the following policy guidelines:
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service price.
No shows / no calls will result in a charge of 100% of the reserved service price.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 4 hours of appointment time will result in a charge of 100% of the reserved service price.
Please allow a minimum of 48 hours to cancel or reschedule online. As a reminder, we book our time months in advance and need ample time to fill your spot. We appreciate your understanding. Appointments are confirmed via text in advance because we know how easy it can be to forget an appointment booked in advance.
If your credit card on file doesn’t work once charged or is expired and cannot be charged, you will be notified and will need to pay for the missed appointment before returning to the salon.
If you book online and then decide to change the date / time, please call the salon so we can change it for you (617) 269-0638. If you make an alternate appointment online yourself, PLEASE BE SURE TO CALL US TO CANCL THE ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT!
Timing is everything in a busy salon! Even 5 minutes can throw off a carefully planned day. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment.
We apologize, but gratuities cannot be included on credit cards; cash or separate checks are appreciated.
Nurture Salon and Spa is not responsible for damage to clothing or personal belongings caused during your service. Stylists follow proper procedure during color services using neck towels and chemical capes as a precaution, but as a last line of defense, please do not wear clothing you wish to protect when arriving for your service.
Although we love children, to maintain a relaxing atmosphere for all our guests we ask that you please refrain from bringing small children with you.
